Singapore- dwindling population

I predict that Singapore would end up having more and more older people and lesser and lesser youths in the future due to the problem of a dwindling population growth. This might probably lead to the lack of manpower as all the people from the older generation are retiring but there is not enough people from the younger generation to help take over their jobs, if they are even willing to. Another thing is that given the dwindling population growth and the increase in the death rate, Singapore's population would become smaller and, eventually, after many years, Although it is quite impossible, Singapore may disappear forever. So that Singapore will be able to prepare and overcome these problems, there are certain measures that Singapore may need to take. Firstly, Singapore should start using robots to take over some of the jobs that were once done by the older generation. In this way, there are now not too many jobs that need manpower so there are enough youths to take over. However, some of the youths may dislike the job and rather have a job with a better pay, so school may also have to inculcate in the students not to just care about the pay, but also how meaningful is the job, so that when they grow up, they do not just care about the pay of the work they are doing. Secondly, the government can start more policies that will give people premiums when they have more kids. This will encourage many of the couples to have more babies and so the population would not drop. Of course, another way is to solve these two problems is to bring in more foreign talent so that there are more people to do all the work and also more people to add to the number of people in Singapore.
